Air India flight operations on the Bengaluru to London route have shifted from Gatwick airport (LGW) to Heathrow airport (LHR). In view of this, passengers holding confirmed tickets from Bengaluru to Gatwick and vice-versa, issued for travel from 27th October onwards will receive a full waiver on cancellation. In view of the cyclone warning in Kolkata, flight operations at Kolkata Airport are suspended from 6 PM on 24 Oct to 9 AM on 25 Oct 2024. Passengers with confirmed tickets issued before 24 Oct 2024, for travel to or from Kolkata between 24 and 25 Oct 2024, can reschedule once free of charge or receive a full waiver on cancellations. Web check-in is unavailable for passengers booked on Air India Express(I5) domestic codeshare flights. Please do check-in at the Air India Express counter at the airport.
Effective 10 Sep 2024, check-in counters for International flights from Delhi Airport will close 75 minutes prior to flight departure. We request passengers to report to check-in counters well on time.
In view of the current situation in parts of the Middle East, scheduled operation of our flights to and from Tel Aviv are suspended with immediate effect until further notice.
