Air India offers additional baggage allowance for travel from Singapore to Chennai and Mumbai. This allowance is applicable for travel from 23rd April 2013 till 15th May 2013.

First class – 60kgs
Executive class – 50kgs
Economy class – 40kgs

Baggage allowance applicable from 16th May 2013 till 31st March 2014.

Economy class – 30Kgs

Free baggage allowance from Singapore to India via Chennai
First class – 50kgs
Executive class – 40kgs
Economy class – 30Kgs

First class – 50kgs
Executive class – 40kgs
Economy class – 30Kgs

Free baggage allowance from Singapore to India via Mumbai
First class – 50kgs

Economy class – 30Kgs

The allowance is applicable for journeys originating from Singapore on both outbound and inbound travel irrespective of the place of issue of the ticket in all RBDs for travel effective 01st April 2013 till 31st March 2014.
