1. What itineraries can I book on Air India through ngpay ?A. You can book One-way and Return domestic Air India destinations through ngpay.
2. Can I book international sector on Air India through ngpay? A. Currently, this facility is not available on the Air India ticketing solution on ngpay. Only domestic flight within the country can be booked through Ngpay.
3. Can I modify my itinerary for the ticket that is booked on Air India through ngpay?A. Currently, this facility is not available on the Air India ticketing solution on ngpay. For date change, one has to cancel the booking and re-book the ticket for the desired date. Please contact Air India customer care for exact time of flights or for any rescheduling.
4. How can I use the Ticket details received on the mobile / e-mail id? A. After your booking transaction is successfully completed, an e-Ticket would be sent to your email address. You will need to take a print of the e-Ticket and carry the same to the airport.
5. I haven’t received my e-ticket mail. What should I do? A. Please re-check after 15 minutes and ensure that the email has not gone into your Junk Mail folder. If you still do not see your e-ticket, please contact ngpay customer care.
6. How many guests can I book in a ticket? A. You can book a maximum of 7 guests at a time (adults and children included) using the Air India ticketing solution on ngpay.
7. Can I make a reservation for anyone? A. Yes, you can book through Air India ticketing solution on ngpay for anyone by providing correct passenger details while booking.
8. Can I purchase an open-dated ticket through ngpay? A. No. The selected sectors must be booked on a confirmed basis and paid for at the same time.
9. I can see a lower fare than the fare that I have paid for, Why? Can I get a refund of the balance amount?A. Air India has various levels of fares with certain conditions in two main booking classes i.e. Executive / Business and Economy. As flight availability is dynamic in nature, the fares availability may differ from time to time. Refund cannot be processed for the difference in fare. The same applies if the fare displayed is higher that the fare that you have paid.

11. How is it different from our web booking?A. The tickets issued through mobile channel are similar to the tickets issued through Air India website. The refunds and other queries will be handled by Air India e-commerce helpdesk.
12. What if passenger cancels his / her booking at the airport / city office.A. The customer has to call up ngpay on toll free number or write to ngpay for cancellation of booking. However, in case the customer is not able to do so, then the PNR needs to be cancelled with a remark but the customer has to call up Ngpay toll free number or send mail to Ngpay with cancellation details for processing of refund.
