Information about and directions to your connecting flight at the Aena information desks (green jackets).
Minimum Connecting Time: Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport is the main hub between Europe and Latin America with two hubs (Hubs): one in terminal T4 and another in terminals T1, T2 and T3.
To make these connecting flights easier there is a free bus service between all the terminals, and there are exclusive corridors and filters for connecting flights:
•Passengers without a boarding pass: Madrid-Barajas Airport has a free bus service connecting terminals T1, T2, T3 and T4, 24 hours a day.
You can also walk between terminals T1, T2 and T3.

Airport Transfer
Adolfo Suárez Madrid Barajas Airport has a free bus service connecting terminals T1, T2, T3 and T4, 24 hours a day. Metro: line 8 runs from Nuevos Ministerios station in central Madrid to all the airport terminals in approximately 12-15 minutes. Opening hours From 6:05 to 1:30.
Train: Line C-1 of Renfe Cercanías runs from terminal T4 of Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport to the city centre.
To Airport Terminal 4 (Aeropuerto T4): from 6:02 to 23:33.To Príncipe Pío: from 5:56 to 22:25.
Bus: Línea Exprés (the express bus) runs from the Atocha-RENFE transport hub in Madrid city centre to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport in just 40 minutes in normal traffic conditions.
Opening hours: 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Taxi: All terminals have clearly signed taxi ranks outside the arrivals area. Official taxis are white with a red stripe and have the Madrid City Council coat-of-arms on their doors. The journey costs €30 for trips between the airport and Calle 30.

A team of "skycaps” are available to help and attend to passengers from numerous different information points throughout the airport.

Airport has Emergency, money exchangers, banks, prayers hall, last minute ticket counters, post office, bus and train counters, shop, coffee shops and rental car counters.

Airport Lounge
Cibeles lounge Room reserved for Non-Schengen flights. Access is only granted to passengers with a Terminal T1 boarding pass. Located on the second floor of this terminal, in the boarding area. Open 24 hours a day.
Access conditions •Holders of airline business class tickets and club cards associated.
•Payment at the desk with debit or credit cards.
•Pre-payment on the Aena website.
•The maximum time of programmed stay shall be four (4) hours immediately before of the programmed time of departure of the flight contained in the boarding pass. In case of delays in the departure of lights, this term shall be extended for the duration of the corresponding delay.
