“I always knew that Pookie will enjoy exploring the outdoors, but I wasn’t sure how comfortable he would be flying and being in the confines of an aircraft. But to my surprise, he loved his journey and did not show any signs of claustrophobia. He loved the petting and adoration he received from the warm staff of Air India during the check-in process. He was comfortable and relaxed during the flight and that brought a smile to not just his face but also mine.”
“Air India has always been a best friend to my furry friend Ufifi and the staff welcomes us with a big smile. My little friend has always shied away from strangers, and that has been my concern when travelling with him. But the staff at Air India was welcoming, friendly, and warm to him. He instantly allowed them to pet him and was comfortable aboard the aircraft.”

“Bunnu has been my travel buddy forever now. He and I have taken 18 flights together with Air India. That is all thanks to their crew. From faster security checks and lounge access to extra space aboard, everything that Air India offered made our experience seamless and fun. Priority boarding meant my pet was comfortably settled in before the other passengers boarded, which could have startled my otherwise shy friend.
