Eligibility Criteria

  • The statement can be issued for disrupted flights operated by Air India only.
  • Passengers have the option to verify delayed and cancelled flights for the past six months from the present date.
  • The statement will be issued only 48 hours after the flight departure.
  • For a flight to be considered delayed, the flight's arrival should be delayed by more than 15 minutes.
