Offer Period and Eligibility

• This offer shall commence from 1st May 2026 at 00:00 AM (midnight) & conclude on 31st May 2026, 11:59 PM
• To be eligible for earning Bonus Maharaja Points, the member must register their Maharaja Club ID through the provided registration option on the Air India website www.airindia.com.
• Maharaja Points earned from participating Partners (i.e., Lifestyle Partners and Points Conversion Partners) prior to registration for this offer shall not be eligible for the bonus.
• Bonus Maharaja Points will only be awarded for the eligible transactions occurring during the offer period. To be eligible for the offer, the date and time of the eligible transaction must fall within the offer period.
• Only the following transactions will be eligible for award of bonus Maharaja Points, subject to the terms and conditions specified here:
  • (a) Bonus Maharaja Points will be awarded on every transaction made by a registered Maharaja Club Member with the participating Lifestyle Partners listed below (including partners in categories such as Lifestyle, Stay, Travel Services, Experiences and Retail) through their dedicated online partner pages accessible through the Air India website (“Shop and Earn Bonus”); and
  • (b) Bonus Maharaja Points will be awarded upon conversion by a Registered Maharaja Club member of reward points of participating Points Conversion Partners listed below into Maharaja Points (“Conversion Bonus”).

Note 1: Conversions from Axis Bank and HSBC India are excluded from this campaign. Any Axis Bank or HSBC India reward points converted during the campaign period shall not qualify for bonus Maharaja Points.

Note 2: Conversions from the following co‑branded credit card partners are excluded from this campaign. Points earned through these partners shall not qualify for bonus points: (a) Axis Bank Vistara Co‑brand Credit Cards; (b) Club Vistara SBI Co‑brand Credit Cards; (c) Club Vistara IDFC Bank Co‑brand Credit Cards; and (d) Club Vistara IndusInd Bank Explorer Co‑brand Credit Cards.

• Bonus Maharaja Points will be awarded only for eligible conversion transactions undertaken within the offer period and in accordance with the eligible transaction slabs specified herein.
• Applicable transaction slabs are as follows:

*In accordance with applicable terms and conditions for conversion and without taking into account bonus points.

• The conversion of Reward Points to Maharaja Points shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective eligible Points Conversion Partners’ loyalty programs. For further details, members are advised to refer to the respective websites of the eligible Points Conversion Partners and contact them directly in case of any queries.
• If a member converts Reward Points from multiple eligible Points Conversion Partners, the bonus Maharaja Points will be awarded separately in the member’s account for each transaction, as per the terms of the offer. For example: If a member converts ICICI Reward Points to 100,000 Maharaja Points in the first transaction and converts HDFC Bank Reward Points to 50,000 Maharaja Points in the second transaction within the offer period, then the member will be eligible for bonus Maharaja Points for both transactions as per specified slabs (i.e., the member will get 40% bonus Maharaja Points for conversion of ICICI Reward Points and 20% bonus Maharaja Points for conversion of HDFC Bank Reward Points), and these will be credited to the members account separately.

Shop and Earn Bonus Terms and Conditions

• In order to be eligible for this offer, spends must be made for the above-mentioned Lifestyle Partners only through the web pages of such partners accessible through the Air India website.
• Bonus Maharaja Points will be awarded only for eligible transactions undertaken within the offer period. To be eligible to earn Bonus Maharaja points pursuant to the Shop and Earn Bonus, bookings and purchases should be made and services pursuant to such bookings and purchases should be availed in the same campaign period i.e. from 1st May 2026 at 00:00 AM (midnight) & conclude on 31st May 2026, 11:59 PM. Any bookings / purchases made during this period in respect of which services are availed at a future date outside of the offer period will not qualify to avail the bonus benefits under this campaign.
• Bonus Maharaja Points will be awarded only for transactions for which the registered Maharaja Club member would ordinarily be eligible to receive Maharaja Points in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to such Lifestyle Partner. The 50% bonus will be determined on the base offer, i.e., the number of Maharaja Points that would be ordinarily awarded to the Maharaja Club members for such a transaction, without taking into account any bonus.
• The award of Maharaja Points upon spends / transactions with Lifestyle Partners shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective eligible Lifestyle Partners’ loyalty programs. For further details, members are advised to refer to the respective websites of the eligible Partners and contact them directly in case of any queries.
• Bonus Maharaja Points earned through the Shop and Earn Bonus, for spends on Lifestyle Partner brands, shall be credited to the member’s account in accordance with the respective timelines defined by each Lifestyle Partner.

General Terms and Conditions

• Maharaja Club members are eligible to earn a maximum of 2,00,000 bonus Maharaja Points per eligible Partner during the offer period. This is applicable for Points Conversion Partners and Lifestyle Partners.
• The offer is applicable solely to the first qualifying transaction made with each Points Conversion Partner and Lifestyle Partner during the offer period. For example, if a Maharaja Club member converts 100,000 HDFC Reward Points in the first transaction and 50,000 HDFC Reward Points in the second transaction within the offer period, only the first conversion of 100,000 Maharaja Points will be eligible for the bonus Maharaja Points.
• Any queries or disputes regarding the bonus Maharaja Points must be raised within 90 days from the conclusion of the offer period.
• Air India shall not be held liable for any incorrect Maharaja Club ID provided by the member or the Partner. Maharaja Club IDs shared with Air India by the respective Partners at the time of transaction shall be deemed final.
• This offer is valid only for the participating Partners specified above and all transactions shall be governed by the terms and conditions (including transfer ratios, earning limits, minimum and maximum thresholds and charges) by the participating Partners.
• Maharaja Points once credited will not be reversed.
• Air India reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this offer with any other offer, or withdraw the offer altogether, in each case without prior notice.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotion or offer unless stated otherwise.
• By registering to participate in this offer, and completing the steps set out above for the accrual of bonus Maharaja Points, the member hereby consents to the processing of their personal data by Air India in accordance with Air India’s Privacy Notice. The member explicitly consents and opts in to receive communications from Air India pertaining to this offer. Such communications may include, but are not limited to, promotional material, updates, and offers, via email, SMS, or other communication channels as deemed appropriate by Air India. The member may withdraw consent to receive such communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button in the email or by contacting us.
• These terms and conditions are in addition to and shall not supersede the terms and conditions (including the Maharaja Club terms and conditions) as stated on Air India’s website www.airindia.com. All such terms and conditions shall remain applicable to the offer.
• This offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
• By participating in the offer, the Maharaja Club member is deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned terms and conditions.
• Bonus Maharaja Points will be credited to the relevant Maharaja Club Account within 60 days following the end of the offer period.
