Know your claims

If you haven’t received an email confirming your insurance, please contact the Tata AIG customer care number at: 1800-266-7780 and request a copy of your insurance certificate.

 You can initiate a claim no later than 30 days after an actual or potential loss occurs. 

OR

You can file your insurance claim within 30 days of an actual or potential loss. No claims can be initiated after this period.

Tata AIG will settle your claim within 72 working hours after all documents are completed and bills are submitted as per the policy’s terms and conditions.
