Terms and Conditions

The membership can be availed only by a Maharaja Club Member who is recognized by Air India as a member of the Maharaja Club, Loyalty programme of Air India in accordance with the rules of the Frequent Flyer programme (“Eligible User”) by following the activation procedure on the Healthians website as communicated by Air India.
In case the customer has not registered as Maharaja Club member, he can get enrolled through the link.
The 9-digit Maharaja Club ID cannot be updated after booking.
Maharaja Points will be credited to your account within 30 working days after completion of the activity.
Activating under these offers will allow Eligible Users to avail themselves of selected Healthians offers through the dedicated Healthians website. An Eligible User must visit Healthians website. These offers can be availed only through this unique link by an Eligible User.
Eligible Users must quote his or her Maharaja Club membership number at the time of claiming/buying any Healthians offers to be awarded with requisite Reward Points.
These offers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount / promo available.
An Eligible User who seeks to use Healthians is required to make the purchase through their website or mobile app.
The list of the plans are dynamic and are subject to change at any time and Healthians shall not be liable for any reason whatsoever.
The Eligible User expressly understands that Healthians acts as an intermediary to assist in fulfilment only and will not be responsible for the experience and disclaims any liability with respect to any claim brought by the Eligible User or any third party in relation to any use of/availing of the services offered/provided by third party service/ partner through Healthians Platform.
All transactions are final. The refund policy is stated in the terms of conditions of Healthians.
The Terms and Conditions of Healthians incorporated herein by reference constitute the entire agreement between the Eligible User and Healthians with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
The Eligible User cannot assign, transfer or novate its rights, benefits, covenants and/or obligations under the membership and terms and conditions of Healthians. No person other than a registered Member has any rights under the general terms and conditions of Healthians.
As part of the offer, the members agree to receive such marketing and promotional materials via mail, SMS, email, etc. in connection with products and services of Healthians.
