Terms and Conditions

The eligible DBS Bank Credit Card owners shall be eligible to convert their Bank Points to Maharaja Points.
The eligible DBS Bank Credit Card owners who wish to convert the DBS Points or Cash Points should be a Maharaja Club Member and should hold a valid Maharaja Club ID / mobile number for converting DBS Points or Cash Points into Maharaja Points.
The conversion ratio, frequency and minimum points to be transferred from DBS Points or Cash Points into Maharaja Points will be as per the bank policy.
DBS Points or Cash Points once converted into Maharaja Points cannot be reversed/cancelled.
The Maharaja Points accrued through conversion shall be credited to the member’s Maharaja Club ID within 03 working days from the date of successful conversion.
Necessary Redemption Fee or handling charges may be levied as applicable by the DBS Bank for their eligible card variants as per the terms and conditions of DBS Bank.
The validity of the Maharaja Points after conversion will be as per the Maharaja Club terms and conditions from the date of Points credited.
The terms and conditions of DBS Bank and Maharaja Club shall be read in conjunction with the Points conversion activity.
The 9-digit Maharaja Club ID cannot be updated after booking.
The eligible DBS Bank Credit Card owners shall be eligible to convert their Bank Points to Maharaja Points.
The Terms and Conditions of the offer shall be read in conjunction with that of the privacy policy and Terms and Conditions of the Maharaja Points Platform.
Activating under these offers will allow Eligible Users to avail themselves of selected DBS Bank Credit Card offers through the dedicated DBS Bank Credit Cards website. An Eligible User must visit https://www.dbsdelights.in/ . These offers can be availed only through this unique link by an Eligible User.
Eligible Users must quote his or her Maharaja Club ID at the time of claiming/buying any DBS Bank Credit Cards offers to be awarded with requisite Reward Points.
The list of the plans are dynamic and are subject to change at any time and DBS Bank Credit Cards shall not be liable for any reason whatsoever.
The Eligible User expressly understands that DBS Bank acts as an intermediary to assist in fulfilment only and will not be responsible for the experience and disclaims any liability with respect to any claim brought by the Eligible User or any third party in relation to any use of/availing of the services offered/provided by third party service/ partner through DBS Bank Credit Card Platform.
All transactions are final. The refund policy is stated in the terms of conditions of DBS Delight website.
The Terms and Conditions of DBS Bank Credit Cards incorporated herein by reference constitute the entire agreement between the Eligible User and DBS Bank Credit Cards with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
The Eligible User cannot assign, transfer or novate its rights, benefits, covenants and/or obligations under the membership and terms and conditions of DBS Bank Credit Cards. No person other than a registered member has any rights under the general terms and conditions of DBS Bank Credit Cards.
