Earn your points by presenting your Maharaja Club ID and submitting your payment receipts at the concierge services or visitor centre of the village you purchased from before you leave.
Earn 5 Maharaja Points for every EUR 4 spent.
Maharaja Points will be credited to your Maharaja Club ID within 30 days of making the offline purchase.

Forgot to claim your points?

You needn’t worry. Missed points can be claimed online within one month of making your purchase. Send an email to The Bicester Collection Village(s) with a scanned image(s) of your payment receipts and credit or debit card used, along with other details such as your full name and Maharaja Club ID. Please refer to the terms and conditions to get a detailed understanding on how you can claim your missed points.

Pro-tip: For a hassle-free experience, it is best to claim your points from the concierge service or the welcome/visitor area at The Bicester Collection Village before you leave.
