Terms and Conditions
- Upon redemption, the Travel Credits thus claimed will be automatically deducted from the accumulated points balance in the SBI Card MILES account.
- Customers can transfer SBI Card Travel Credits only to their own Maharaja Club account. Points transfer to any other Maharaja Club account is not permitted.
- SBI and Air India reserve the right to extend or terminate this programme without prior notice.
- A card holder cannot transfer points to another card holder/card account.
- Once SBI Travel Credits are converted into Maharaja Points, the transaction cannot be reversed or cancelled.
- All terms and conditions of the SBI Card Travel Credits conversion programme are applicable unless otherwise mentioned.
- For any conversion request to Maharaja Points, the account will be credited with points in approximately 2 working days from the date of receiving the request. Whilst SBI Card shall endeavour to execute all conversion requests within this period, SBI Card shall not be liable in any way for any delay in crediting the SBI Travel Credits points to member’s Maharaja Club account.
- In case the card holder voluntarily closes the credit card, the Travel Credits accumulated on his/her SBI Card can be redeemed within 30 days of closure, otherwise these will automatically lapse. In the event of cancellation of the SBI Card for any other reason, all the Travel Credits accumulated will stand forfeited. If the Credit Card is blocked or suspended by SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Ltd. (SBICPSL) for any reason whatsoever, then the Travel Credits accumulated shall stand forfeited but may be reinstated at the discretion of SBICPSL if use of SBI Card is reinstated.
- SBI Card is not liable for any delay, non-delivery, shortfall, deficiency, or unsatisfactory service provided by Air India’s Maharaja Club programme.
- SBI Card shall not be liable for any issues related to cardholder's Maharaja Club and associated privileges.
- Air India is responsible for the Maharaja Club programme. Maharaja Points points are issued and redeemed in accordance with Air India’s Maharaja Club T&Cs.
- The terms and conditions of this offer shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any dispute arising from this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
