Terms and Conditions

The membership can be availed only by a Maharaja Club Member who is recognized by Air India as a member of the Maharaja Club, Loyalty programme of Air India in accordance with the rules of the Frequent Flyer programme (“Eligible User”) by following the activation procedure on the isango as communicated by Air India.
In case the customer has not registered as a Maharaja Club member, he can get enrolled through the link.
The 9-digit Maharaja Club ID cannot be updated after booking on the isango! website.
Guests will earn Maharaja Points on the net total spending (including taxes).
Currency exchange is dynamic and subject to change at the discretion of isango! Travel Limited.
Guests will not earn Maharaja Points on any booking cancelled due to any reason.
Partial cancellation of bookings will lead to prorated Maharaja Points.
Maharaja Points will be credited to your account within 30 working days after completion of the activity.
All bookings and payments made are managed by isango! Travel Limited.
Activating under these offers will allow Eligible Users to avail themselves of selected isango! offers through the dedicated isango! website. An Eligible User must visit isango. These offers can be availed only through this unique link by an Eligible User.
Eligible Users must quote his or her Maharaja Club membership number at the time of claiming/buying any isango! offers to be awarded with requisite Reward Points.
These offers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount / promo available.
An Eligible User who seeks to use isango! is required to make the purchase through the dedicated website of Maharaja Club isango!

The Eligible User expressly understands that isango! acts as an intermediary to assist in fulfilment only and will not be responsible for the experience and disclaims any liability with respect to any claim brought by the Eligible User or any third party in relation to any use of/availing of the services offered/provided by third party service/ partner through isango! All transactions are final. The refund policy is stated in the terms of conditions of isango!.
The Terms and Conditions of isango! incorporated herein by reference constitute the entire agreement between the Eligible User and isango! with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
The Eligible User cannot assign, transfer or novate its rights, benefits, covenants and/or obligations under the membership and terms and conditions of isango!. No person other than a registered Member has any rights under the general terms and conditions of isango!.
As part of the offer, the members agree to receive such marketing and promotional materials via mail, SMS, email, etc. in connection with products and services of isango!.

Air India may, at its discretion, amend the number of points which will be earned under the Offer.

Air India will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss/damages, bodily injury or death arising out of this offer or purchase, use or non-use of any products/services under this Offer.
Air India does not make any warranties or representations about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of products offered by isango. You acknowledge that Air India does not endorse, control or guarantee the quality or fitness of any such products/services. Any dispute in relation to delivery, suitability, merchantability, availability, fitness or quality of the products/services availed under the Offer must be referred by the customer directly to isango.
