Terms and Conditions

Earning Maharaja Points is only applicable on net payments, i.e. the amount paid by the member before taxes.
Your Maharaja Points will be credited for completed trips only.
Your Maharaja Points will be credited within 30 days of the successful completion of your stay.
Any third-party (OTAs, travel agents, etc.) bookings will not be eligible for earning Maharaja Points.
A member needs to confirm their Maharaja Club ID to the Rainforest Luxury Villas reservations team at the time of enquiry & booking.
In case of cancellations, the penalty charged, if any, would still be eligible for earning Maharaja Points.
100% advance payments are to be made to confirm a booking.
The standard Rainforest and Talisman cancellation policy applies and can be found on the property listings page.
In case the Maharaja Club ID is not mentioned, or an invalid Maharaja Club ID is entered at the time of booking, the member cannot claim Maharaja Points for any Rainforest Luxury Villas stay.
In case of any issues regarding Maharaja Points, guests are requested to contact the Air India Support Team.
This offer is subject to the laws of India, and any dispute arising from or related to this offer shall be exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
