• Booking cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled pick-up time to enjoy free cancellation. If cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the originally scheduled pick-up time, only the cost of Full Coverage (if purchased) will be provided to the customer. If the cancellation occurs after the originally scheduled pick-up time, then the entire booking fee will be charged as cancellation fee.  
• Maharaja Points will be credited within 30 days for completed trips alone.  
• To earn Maharaja Points, it is mandatory to fill in your 9-digit Maharaja Club ID correctly on the payment page.  
• To receive Maharaja Points, the booking must be completed via the links provided on this page.  
• By utilising this offer, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforesaid terms and conditions.

• Air India is not an agent or an intermediary of Discover Cars. Discover Cars reserves the right to contract with you, and Air India does not control Discover Cars and cannot compel them to contract with you. Air India will not be a party to any contract you enter with Discover Cars.  
• These terms and conditions are in addition to and not in derogation to the terms and conditions applicable to Maharaja Club members specified on our website, www.airindia.com, whose terms and conditions shall also apply to this offer.
