  4. Minors must provide a copy of birth certificate as a mandatory document and sponsorship letter required with additional documents. (If any)

Malaysia Arrival Card

  1. Arrival card: Applicant personal details mentioned as on the passport. The passport must be valid for at least six months.
  2. Registered contact number and email address.
  3. Flight number and date of arrival.
  4. Port of arrival and departure.
