Russia Business Visa

  1. Original passport with at least 2 blank pages, valid for six months from the date of expiry of the visa with bio pages.
  2. Online application form.
  3. 3 recent colour photographs with white background (without glasses).
  4. Original covering letter on company letterhead signed and stamped with purpose of travel, designation, passport details and date of travel.
    • In case of self-employed - Certificate of Incorporation.
  5. NOC from company.
  6. Invitation letter from invitee on company letterhead signed and stamped with purpose of travel, passport details, designation, invitee name and date of travel.
    • Letter of guarantee (direct invitation) from a Russian shipping agent (scanned copy)
    • Seaman's contract (original + copy) indicating the name of the vessel on which the seaman shall leave the territory of the Russian Federation, details of the applicant (rank, passport data, CDC number etc) and the duration of the contract. The contract must be signed by the applicant and the owner of the vessel
    • National seaman's certificate (original + copy)
  7. Confirmed hotel voucher and flight return tickets.
  8. Proof of finances, if required.

 

Russia Tourist Visa

  1. Original passport with at least 2 blank pages, valid for 6 months from the date of expiry of the visa with bio pages.
  2. Online application form.
  3. 3 recent colour photographs with white background (without glasses).
  4. Original covering letter signed by applicant with purpose of travel, designation, passport details and date of travel.
    • In case of self-employed - Certificate of Incorporation.
  5. NOC from company.
  6. Confirmed hotel voucher with payment receipt and day to day travel itinerary.
  7. Flight return tickets.
  8. Financial documents: (If required)
    • Last 3 months' salary slips duly stamped and signed by an authorised person.

Signed and stamped bank statements for the last six months.

Minor Applicants:

  • Sponsorship Letter & expenses, Parent’s Marriage Certificate
  • Parental Authorisation (If Minor is travelling alone)

Russia eVisa

  1. Scanned copy of the passport's bio page, displaying the photo and details. Passport must have minimum 6 months validity and at least 2 blank pages.
  2. 2 recent colour photos in 35x45 dimensions with white background and 80% face visible.
  3. Flight tickets and hotel vouchers.

Any applicant may be asked to provide additional documents as per the embassy’s discretion. Visa processing days will be calculated once all documents have been submitted in accordance with embassy requirements.
