    • The passport should be issued less than 10 years ago.
  2. Online application form.
  3. Two recent colour photographs with 80% face visible.
  4. Original covering letter on company letterhead signed and stamped with purpose of travel, designation, passport details and date of travel.
  5. In case of self-employed - Certificate of Incorporation.
  6. Invitation letter from invitee company letterhead signed and stamped with purpose of travel, passport details, designation, invitee name and date of travel.
  7.  Financial documents:
    • Salary slips for the last 3 months duly stamped and signed by an authorised person.
    • Income Tax Acknowledgement for last three years.
    • Signed and stamped bank statement for the last 6 months.
  8. Confirmed hotel voucher and flight return tickets.

New Zealand Tourist Visa

  1. Original passport - valid for at least three months with minimum 2 blank pages.
    • The passport should be issued less than 10 years ago.
  2. Online application form.
  3. Two recent colour photographs with 80% face visible.
  4. Original covering letter signed by applicant with purpose of travel, designation, passport details and date of travel.
  5. In case of self-employed - Certificate of Incorporation.
  6. NOC from company.
  7. Financial documents:
    • Salary slips for the last 3 months duly stamped and signed by an authorized person.
    • Income Tax Acknowledgement for last three years.
    • Signed and stamped bank statement for the last 6 months.
  8. Confirmed hotel voucher and flight return tickets.
  9. For sponsor: Proof of sponsorship and a letter from the sponsor, financial documents as well as copy of the sponsor’s photo ID, (e.g. passport, Aadhaar card or driver’s license)
  10. In case of retired - Pension statements for the last 3 months or proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business.

Minor Applicants: 

  • NOC from School/University, Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Sponsorship Letter & expenses, Parent’s Marriage Certificate
  • Parental Authorisation (if minor is travelling alone)
