Terms and Conditions

Maharaja Points and other offers are applicable on three properties under The Set Collection umbrella: The Conservatorium Hotel in Amsterdam, Hotel Café Royal in London, and Lutetia in Paris.
When booking, Maharaja Club members must use the email ID and mobile number registered with their Maharaja Club account. That is mandatory to earn Maharaja Points. Bookings made using other credentials will be deemed invalid for earning Maharaja Points.
All Maharaja Club members should have their digital Maharaja Club ID, which is available on Air India's member portal on the website and app. It is mandatory to show this during check-in.
Earned Maharaja Points will be credited to your Maharaja Club account within 30 days of the check-out date.
For Gold and Platinum members, a hotel credit worth USD 100 is applicable on each room booked for a stay. The amount will be credited only if the Maharaja Club member presents their membership card status on any mobile device during check-in.
Requests for extra beds and connecting rooms for families can be placed with the hotel directly.
Any non-refundable or advance purchase rates will not be eligible for the discounted rates and benefits.
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions.
VAT and city tax rates may be subject to change. City tax and discretionary Service Charges are payable at the hotel upon check-out, in addition to the confirmed room rate
Benefits do not hold any cash value and expire at the end of the stay.
Cancellation of confirmed bookings should be done the day before the scheduled check-in by 2 PM (local time of the hotel's destination). The guest's credit card will be charged in case of a no-show or late cancellation.
In case of any issues regarding Maharaja Points, guests are requested to contact the Air India Support Team.
This offer is subject to the laws of India, and any dispute arising from or related to this offer shall be exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
